Custom Design

Steps for ordering a custom design:

1 - Select either the Custom Design (Digital) or Custom Design (Digital/Print) product.

2 - Specify the book or movie you want used. 

-- For movies, please specify the year of release. The entire dialogue will be used. 

-- For books, you can specify what chapters you want included. If none are specified, then the first chapters will be used until we reach a word count of approximately 29,000 words.

3 - Shortly after you've made the purchase, you will receive an email containing your order information and a request to attach the photo you wish to use.

4 - After we receive your photo, we will contact you within 24 hours with an email containing the details of your order. At this point, you will need to confirm that the text requested and photo are correct. After we've received your return confirmation, we will begin your order.

*** No changes to the order will be accepted after your return confirmation.

Your personal photos will not be shared with anyone.

Please allow 5-7 days for the email delivery of the digital product and add an additional 10 days for the print, if ordered. If you need your product sooner, please contact us for more information.

No refunds or exchanges.

Products are formatted to 11x14. Depending on the amount of text used, font size will vary and can be as small as 4 pt. In certain cases, text may be more easily read with some magnification.

Materials containing inappropriate photos or text will not be accepted.
